These Terms govern your use of WiseTalk, our platform connecting users with experts through chat, audio, or video sessions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use WiseTalk. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
2. User Responsibilities
As a Seeker, you agree to:
- Respect expert time and guidance
- Avoid abusive or harmful behavior
- Pay for sessions before starting
As an Expert, you agree to:
- Share truthful, personal experiences only
- Avoid offering medical, legal, or financial advice if you’re not licensed
- Honor session bookings or communicate cancellations promptly
3. Payments
All payments are made via secure third-party providers
WiseTalk set their rates; WiseTalk may charge a platform fee
No refunds are issued after a completed session, unless due to technical or ethical violations
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Seekers can cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours in advance
- Experts may cancel but repeated no-shows may result in account suspension
5. Intellectual Property
- All platform content (excluding user-generated content) is owned by WiseTalk.
- Do not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the platform.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or content misuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
WiseTalk is a platform for connecting users and experts. We are not liable for:
- The accuracy or results of expert guidance
- Missed sessions or miscommunications
- Technical issues beyond our control
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be first attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, they shall be governed under the jurisdiction of [India/UP].
