How do I reschedule a session?

You can reschedule up to 5 hours before the session starts. Go to Sessions, open Upcoming sessions, open the session and choose Reschedule.

My mentor did not join. What now?

Your payment stays locked in your wallet until the session is complete. If the mentor does not join, you get a refund or a new slot, whichever suits you.

How long does mentor approval take?

We review mentor applications and reply within 2 to 3 days.
